✨Description
The River Rafting Challenge is a professionally guided outdoor adventure designed to bring sisters together for an empowering and uplifting experience in nature. This challenge focuses on teamwork, courage, and connection offering participants the chance to step outside their comfort zones in a safe, supportive environment.
This event will be delivered as a sisters only experience, in collaboration with Rosebud Sisters, a global volunteer-led women’s community rooted in wellbeing, creativity, and connection. Together, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for women to grow through shared challenge while remaining spiritually grounded and emotionally supported.
Participants will take part in multiple runs along the Upper Tryweryn River under the guidance of qualified instructors, while fundraising for vulnerable families through Action For Humanity.
Agenda
Coach transport will be arranged from designated locations, subject to minimum numbers.
Pickup points and final details will be confirmed closer to the event date.
If minimum numbers are not met for a specific location, participants will be required to travel to the nearest designated pickup point or make their own way to the venue.

2 hours: (on-water session)
Age Requirement: 18+
Location: National White Water Centre, Frongoch, Bala, Gwynedd, LL23 7NU

2-hour professionally guided white water rafting session
Qualified instructors and full safety briefing
All rafting equipment (helmet, buoyancy aid, wetsuit)
Access to changing facilities
Multiple runs through the rapids

Personal travel to pickup points (if applicable)
Personal insurance beyond standard safety provision
